    Here's how you can start... 

     Online Training: Your training will start with your signing-up online for the "Kaplan Real Estate Commercial 1 & Commercial 2 classes". This is the best online training available in the market, so there is no value for us to try to "re-invent" a successful program. The Commercial One Team is NOT affiliated with Kaplan Training Institute, but Kaplan IS certified by nearly every state Real Estate Commission, to provide you with 24 C.E. (Continuing Education) Credit Hours for the completion of this online course.

     Mentoring:  Upon successful completion of the Kaplan training, you will be qualified to join the Commercial One Team's Commercial Mentoring program. Here you will work one-on-one on a real deal, with a Commercial One Team CCS, (Commercial Certified Specialist).  You'll participate in every aspect of the deal from a distance...  be copied with the emails, review all of the paperwork, even listen in on conference calls... like a "fly-on-the-wall", you will see the process take place, and be given the opportunity to ask questions of your CCS Mentor. 

     Get your own deal... Once your mentor feels you are ready, you will be provided with our "Power Prospecting" book.  This book will prepare you to start developing your own commercial business.  You'll devote 2 days per week, 4 weeks during this training... that's YOUR contribution to your success, and your personal mentor will guide you online, every step of the way. This learning curve is designed to kick-start your career. IF you follow the program,  you WILL write your 1st commercial listing during this peroid... This is our guarantee !

     Our Commitment to you...   You will be personally communicating with your mentor until you get that first listing. This should take 3 - 4 weeks of following the "Power Prospecting" program.    If it takes longer...  we'll work with you longer. This training is designed to ASSURE your success as a Commercial Real Estate Professional, and earn you that CCS designation !
